ATTENTION: International travel requires a passport. Procuring a passport can take from several weeks up to a couple of months, so apply early.

Please contact the Biennial Meeting office for a registration receipt.

Membership & Meal Policy

SRCD registration fees for the Biennial Meeting do not include SRCD membership or any meals during the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be submitted in writing by February 28, 2011. Refunds are not available for event tickets. There is a $30 fee for all cancellations. We regret we cannot honor any requests for cancellation refunds after February 28, 2011. Refunds are processed 3 to 4 weeks after the meeting. Those who do not appear at the meeting, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive a refund. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
