Children in the Eye of the Storm: Lessons Learned From the Hurricanes' Children

The Society for Research in Child Development, in cooperation with Senator Thad Cochran and Senator Mary Landrieu, sponsored a Congressional Staff Briefing on Friday, September 22, 2006. The briefing highlighted the research on how children in the Gulf Coast are doing one year after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
