Is there a code of conduct for the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
Yes. All participants must agree to abide by the SRCD Code of Conduct to register for the event.
Can I participate/present virtually at the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
No. The SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting is an in-person meeting with no options to present virtually.
Are there Travel award opportunities for SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
Yes. There are four types of travel awards are offered as a benefit for SRCD members to support attendance at the SRCD27. The application deadline is Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Are there Travel award opportunities for SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
Yes. SRCD offers visa support letters at the request of any participant. Participants do not need to be accepted to the submitted program to request a visa support letter. A visa support letter can be requested by emailing events@srcd.org. Please add a ‘Visa Support Letter Request’ to the subject line. For more information about obtaining a visa, please visit the U.S. Department of State at U.S. Visas (state.gov).

Who needs to register for the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
All attendees, guests, and participants must register, including all presenters of accepted submissions. However, you do NOT need to be registered for the SRCD 2027 Biennial meeting to register and attend SRCD Supported Pre-Conferences. SRCD Supported Pre-Conference events have separate registration and fees.
What are the registration fees to attend the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
SRCD Member and Non-Members registration fees are available on the Registration and Housing tab of the SRCD 2027 Biennial event page.
When can I register for the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
The registration site will open in late June for the SRCD 2025 Biennial Meeting. Rates are available here.
Will SRCD offer discounted housing rates for attendees of the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting?
Yes. SRCD will have two host hotels that will offer discounted rates to its attendees. SRCD Rooming block will be listed in late June. Please check the Registration and Housing tab of the SRCD 2027 Biennial event page for regular updates.
