Child Care Information

KiddieCorp is pleased to provide a children’s program during the 2019 SRCD Biennial Meeting. KiddieCorp is in its thirty-third year of providing high-quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. We take caring for your children very seriously. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services. Wednesday, March 20 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Thursday, March 21 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Cost:  $10 per hour, per child. Each child must be registered for a minimum of two consecutive hours.

Registration:  Please use the KiddieCorp Registration Form. The deadline for advanced registration is February 20, 2019. Register early as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. KiddieCorp must receive both the registration form and payment in full to hold any advance reservations. You are also welcome to register on-site, however, there is no guarantee and it is not recommended.

Food and coffee will be available for purchase at the Exhibit Hall (Baltimore Convention Center, 100 Level, Hall C). Ample seating (for dining and networking) is available in the Exhibit Hall and throughout the Baltimore Convention Center.

Networking Rooms

Networking rooms are available for informal gatherings and topic-based discussions. These rooms will be set in round tables and can hold up to 40 people. No audio-visual equipment will be available.

Reflection/Prayer Room

A space set up for private reflection and specifically arranged to support and facilitate Muslim prayer. Open to all attendees.

This room is an informal meeting place for networking opportunities, temporary poster storage, and coffee, tea, and water service. All student and early career attendees are welcome! SECC Coffee Hours Program Schedule to be announced.
