SRCD’s Future of the U.S. Policy Fellowship Task Force Charge

The Future of U.S. Policy Fellowship Task Force is charged with building on the existing legacy of the U.S. Policy Fellowship, shaping its future through refreshing the program design, expanding partnerships, and strengthening funding and sustainability. 

The Task Force will work from April 2026 to the Biennial in April 2027 to carry out their charge by: 

  • Revisiting the purpose of the Fellowship to align its history to today’s context, and recommending changes to program design and funding
  • Helping to set the goals for future Fellowship years and strengthen or build the relationships necessary to meet those goals
  • Supporting the roll-out of new public positioning for the Fellowship to the SRCD community and beyond
