Lorena Castro, MBA

Lorena Castro, MBA is SRCD’s HR and Accounting Associate. In this role, she is responsible for responding to financial and HR inquiries within the organization. She serves as great support to the Executive Team and assists in different HR functions. She is a professional with a passion for workforce management, HR Administration, Recruiting, and Operations.  Her experiences include HR, operations, supporting executive management, overseeing real estate transactions, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Lorena holds a Master’s in Business Administration concentrated in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering.
