Child Development: Public Summaries

Welcome to the new Public page of the website for the Society for Research in Child Development!

SRCD is committed to disseminating new research information published in our journal, Child Development. This web page, still under development, reflects a new initiative in this area. New article summaries will appear on this page every two months, with the publication of each new issue of the journal. This information resource was made possible through a grant from the Foundation for Child Development.

Please note that SRCD cannot provide comment on individual studies or topical areas. Also, study findings may not apply to a particular child/family. Other resources are often helpful for discussing research findings (e.g., professionals, colleagues) or for obtaining further information on the topic (e.g., reference librarians).
