Code of Ethical Conduct
In a commitment to protecting our members and breaking down structures that may perpetuate power dynamics and systemic bias, the Governing Council of SRCD adopted a Code of Ethical Conduct (The Code) at its November 2021 meeting. The Code emphasizes the values of the profession and must be upheld by all individuals of the organization representing the Society in the following roles:

SRCD is dedicated to providing an inclusive, harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, immigration status, nationality, social class, religion (or lack thereof), gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, career status, or political ideology.
