ASPE releases new research brief on the effects of child care subsidy policies on maternal labor force participation and employment in the United States.

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights releases new parent and educator resource guide to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act in public schools, which prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities.

U.S. Secretary of Education John B. King, Jr. releases cabinet exit memo, summarizing progress made under the Obama Administration and future directions in education.
