SRCD COVID-19 In-Person Event Protocol

Description
SRCD's top priority is the safety and well-being of attendees, speakers, and staff.

All participants of SRCD in-person events will be required to provide both proof of vaccination AND a negative COVID-19 test 24 hours before the start of the conference.

In addition to the above requirement, individual meetings may have additional conditions based on the needs and circumstances of the local community. In each case, SRCD is working with state and local health officials to implement these protocols. Local guidance is meant to supplement — not replace — SRCD's COVID-19 safety protocol. Please be sure to check the relevant SRCD event page for the specific meeting in which you are interested in attending for details and any additional requirements specific to that location.

Given the evolving nature of both the pandemic and vaccinations, SRCD staff are evaluating risk at every step of the planning process and adjusting the event plan as needed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work together amidst these unusual times.
