Please Vote on Proposed Changes to SRCD Bylaws

At its recent meeting, the SRCD Governing Council approved a slate of proposed changes to its bylaws. The proposed changes are designed to better align our bylaws with our practices and to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our work. These changes were presented to the membership at a recorded webinar on January 18, 2022.  

Changes to the bylaws require a vote of the membership. Please review the changes, which are outlined in the materials below.
