The University-Based Child and Family Policy Consortium, in collaboration with the Society for Research in Child Development, hosted the "Can You Tell Me How To Get to Sesame Street from the County Jail? Communication Strategies for Leveraging Systems Change on Parental Incarceration" webinar on June 7, 2016. Using parental incarceration as an example of a timely issue affecting millions of children and families, speakers provided a deeper understanding of the critical importance of translating research to practice and policy.
