SRCD Signs on to ESA letter regarding the relationship between the U.S. and the World Health Organization (WHO)

The Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) joins the Entomological Society of America (ESA) in a letter addressed to Speaker Pelosi, Majority Leader McConnell, Minority Leader McCarthy, and Minority Leader Schumer, expressing alarm at President Trump's decision to end the relationship between the United States and World Health Organization (WHO). Withdrawing from the WHO represents a grave national security risk, diminishes the world's research capabilities, and erodes the role of the United States in global leadership.
