The SRCD 2025 Biennial Meeting session will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center, 1301 Second Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55403 (USA).

Yes. All participants must agree to abide by the SRCD Code of Conduct to register for the event. 

No. The SRCD 2025 Biennial Meeting is an in-person meeting with no options to present virtually.

Yes. There are three types of travel awards are offered as a benefit for SRCD members to support attendance at the SRCD Biennial Meeting. The application deadline is Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. For more information, please visit the Biennial Awards page or E-mail the SRCD Science Team at scholar@srcd.org. 

Yes. SRCD offers visa support letters upon the request of any participant. Participants do not need to be accepted to the submitted program to request a visa support letter. A visa support letter can be requested by emailing events@srcd.org. Please add a ‘Visa Support Letter Request’ to the subject line. For more information about obtaining a visa, please visit the U.S. Department of State at U.S. Visas (state.gov).  

All attendees and participants must register, including all presenters of accepted submissions. However, you do NOT need to be registered for the SRCD 2025 Biennial meeting to register and attend SRCD Supported Pre-Conferences. SRCD Supported Pre-Conference events have separate registration and fees.

The registration site will open late December for the SRCD 2025 Biennial Meeting. Rates are available here. 

Yes. SRCD will have a host of hotels that will offer discounted rates to its attendees. SRCD Rooming block will be listed in late December.  Please check the Registration and Housing tab of the SRCD 2025 Biennial event page for regular updates.
