Cancellations
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing to SRCD Membership Team no later than Friday, July 31, 2026No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, July 31, 2026. All cancellations received by Friday, July 31, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee

Registrations are non-refundable after Friday, July 31, 2026. Email membership@srcd.org for any cancellations, refunds, or other requests. Please note the request type in the subject line.

Accommodation in Utrecht

Note: SRCD and the 2026 Global Forum does not have an official housing block. The hotels listed below are recommendations. Attendees must contact the hotel directly for booking.

The conference venue, Utrecht Science Park (USP), is located about 15 minutes by public transport from the city center. The following hotels are located in or near the historic city center, offering convenient access to both USP and the city’s restaurants, canals, and cultural attractions. From the city center, you can reach USP by bus lines 27 or 28, or tram 20, departing every 5 to 10 minutes.
