Other Events at SRCD27

• SRCD has reserved a block of meeting rooms for pre-conferences/special events. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
• All event space will be subject to a meeting room rental that must be paid in full by Monday, February 1, 2027 (rental fees start at $350 per room).
• All events will be held at the following venues:
  • Location information will be announced in late-April 2026.
• Groups who wish to schedule their events within the SRCD block of meeting rooms require prior approval from SRCD (DO NOT contact the venues directly). All event space must be requested via the SRCD online portal (opening in late-April 2026).
• Groups are responsible for handling registration for their events and must stay within the room capacity dictated by the number of expected attendees that is submitted on the request form.
• SRCD is not financially responsible for any expenses associated with any pre-conference/special event. All expenses including (but not limited) to A/V, catering, and Wi-Fi is the sole responsibility of the organizing group. Vendor contact information will be given upon approval and paid invoices.
• Group events may not conflict with any SRCD programing.
• SRCD is dedicated to providing an inclusive, harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, immigration status, nationality, social class, religion (or lack thereof), gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, career status, or political ideology. All events held at the SRCD27 must adhere to the SRCD Conduct and Compliance Agreement.
• SRCD reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior.
