Registration and Housing

The Bundle Package is a new registration option for the SRCD 2027 Biennial. This is available to non SRCD Members only at the time of registration. You can now purchase your new 1-year membership and a 2027 Biennial registration all at once! After updating your profile and demographics, you will be able to purchase the corresponding Bundle Package that is appropriate for you. Current and active members are not eligible to purchase a Bundle Package.

After completing the registration process, your member benefits should become active within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. If you have any questions, or do not see your member benefits activate after 2 weeks from the date of purchase, please email membership@srcd.org. 

The SRCD 2027 Biennial Purchase Protection Policy is an optional add-on available to all registered attendees of the SRCD27. This policy is designed to provide flexibility and financial protection in the event that your travel plans change.

Policy Cost: The Purchase Protection Policy is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. 

Coverage & Benefits: Attendees who purchase the SRCD27 Purchase Protection Policy are eligible for the following:

• Full refund of eligible event-related purchases if cancellation is requested by April 7, 2027.
• The policy applies to most event-related purchases associated with the SRCD27, including but not limited to the SRCD27 Conference Registration fee.

Non-Covered Items

The Purchase Protection Policy does not apply to the following non-refundable items:

• SRCD Asian Caucus 20 Year Anniversary Event
• SRCD27 Special Events
• SRCD27 Supported Pre-Conference Sessions
• SRCD27 Chat with Leaders Sessions
• SRCD27 Purchase Protection Fee ($50.00)

Additional Terms

• The Purchase Protection Policy must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be added retroactively.
• The $50.00 SRCD27 Purchase Protection fee is non-refundable.
• This policy applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

You must be a current SRCD Member at the time of registration to receive SRCD27 Member Rates. 

SRCD membership is not required to attend the SRCD27; however, we encourage you to take advantage of the benefits of membership: Members in the Society are offered a significant discount on conference registration in addition to the eligibility for a variety of Society resources and initiatives. SRCD cannot process any registrations without full payment. SRCD cannot issue invoices for registration payments and Purchase Orders are NOT accepted.

Registration substitutions are NOT accepted, but you can request a refund of your registration fees

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing to SRCD Membership Team no later than Tuesday, March 16, 2027. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Tuesday, March 16, 2027. All cancellations received by Tuesday, March 16, 2027, will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee (unless the SRCD 2027 Biennial Purchase Protection Plan has been purchased).

**Chat with Leaders Tickets, SRCD27 Pre Conference Sessions, SRCD27 Special Events, and the SRCD27 Purchase Protection Plan are non-refundable.**

Registrations are non-refundable after Tuesday, March 16, 2027. Email membership@srcd.org for any cancellations, refunds, or other requests. Please note the request type in the subject line.

For onsite registration, payment must be made using a valid credit card (must provide ID).

A major credit card is required to secure your room(s). Cancellations within 72 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by the hotel. Failure to check-in (no-show) will result in a charge for one night’s room and tax. Credit cards will only be charged if cancelled within the penalty period.
