SRCD offers visa support letters upon the request of any participant. Participants do not need to be accepted to the submitted program to request a visa support letter. A visa support letter can be requested by emailing events@srcd.org. Please add a ‘Visa Support Letter Request’ to the subject line. For more information about obtaining a visa, please visit the U.S. Department of State at U.S. Visas (state.gov).

SRCD27 Registration Policy
- SRCD cannot process any advance registrations without full payment.
- For onsite registration, payment must be made using a valid credit card (must provide ID).
- Invoices will NOT be issued.
- Purchase orders are NOT accepted.
- Registration substitutions are NOT accepted.
- You must be a current SRCD Member at the time of registration to receive SRCD27 Member Rates.
