  • SRCD27 Registration – all attendees and guest must have an official SRCD27 badge in order to enter all meeting space

Travel Information to/from Atlanta, Georgia (USA)

Neither hotel provides shuttle service.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

  • Located 12.0 miles (20 minutes by car) from the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and Hilton Atlanta hotels.

Ground Transportation

Currently there are only two Rideshare Companies authorized to pick up from the airport. The two companies are Uber and Lyft. To utilize these providers, you must have their apps on your phone.

  • Domestic Terminal
    • Rideshare pickups occur in the North Economy lot. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors LN1. Once downstairs, follow the orange signs to the Economy lot and request a ride only after arrival at the pickup location.

  • International Terminal
    • Rideshare pick-ups occurs on the arrival level outer curb. Exit out of the A1 or A2 door and proceed straight across the crosswalk for your selected ride.
    • Pickup Location: Inner Curb, exiting out of A1, A2, and/or A3.

Local Public Transit

Hartsfield-Jackson offers several modes of ground transportation that are available to passengers with disabilities, such as Taxis, Limousines, Shared-Ride Shuttles, Hotel Shuttles, and Off-Airport Parking Shuttles. Don’t hesitate to contact the ground transportation companies to request special assistance, a wheelchair lift, or ramp-equipped transportation. TSA Cares

Travelers with disabilities, medical conditions, and other particular circumstances additional assistance can call TSA Cares; 72 hours before traveling with questions about screening policies, procedures, and what to expect at the security checkpoint. 

TSA Cares is a helpline for travelers or their companions; you may call TSA Cares toll-free at 855-787-2227. The hours of operation for the TSA Cares helpline are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST on weekends and holidays. In addition, travelers who are deaf or hard of hearing can use a relay service to contact TSA Cares (Federal Relay 711) or e-mail TSA-ContactCenter@tsa.dhs.gov

Wheelchair Assistance

Airline representatives are available to provide wheelchair assistance. To reserve a wheelchair, contact the airline directly (or go to the ticketing counter) before your scheduled flight. In addition, passengers with limited English proficiency should contact their airline for language assistance. For airline contact information, please visit Passenger Airlines at ATL.

We recommend that travelers review the TSA links below no later than 72 hours before travel.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport offers a printable map that provides special services locations such as the sensory room, service animal relief areas, adult changing station, wheelchair charging station, nursing mothers room, and TTY/TDD telephone location throughout the Airport.

In cases where a badge is lost or misplaced, please proceed to the SRCD27 Information Desk to ask for a badge reprint. Please note, there will be $10 lost badge reprint fee. Photo ID Required
