Health and Safety Protocol

SRCD has selected CrowdPass as our official vendor for our health document uploading. CrowdPass is a secure web base portal that does not require any application downloads. You will receive an email from CrowdPass (support@crowdpass.co) that contains a link to submit your documentation for verification (please check your spam). If you did not receive your email, please use the link below to upload your documentation prior to the start of the meeting.

Attendees must STAY HOME if they feel ill, actively experience COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive or is presumed to be positive with COVID-19 within 10 days before the conference dates. Local Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) will be available during the SRCD Biennial Meeting for anyone needing medical attention.

SRCD is committed to creating a safe space for in-person events, with our top priority being the safety and well-being of attendees, speakers, and staff. Therefore, SRCD has implemented the COVID-19 health and safety protocols for all its in-person meetings.

For the safety and comfort of all, SRCD requires that all attendees:

  • Show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as well as one booster.
  • Upload documentation to an online portal to verify that the vaccination requirement has been met.
  • Note: SRCD does not accept requests for religious exemption to COVID-19 vaccinations.

Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask while participating in SRCD events unless attendees are actively eating or drinking.
