SRCD offers visa support letters upon the request of any participant. Participants do not need to be accepted to the submitted program to request a visa support letter. A visa support letter can be requested by emailing events@srcd.org. Please add a ‘Visa Support Letter Request’ to the subject line. For more information about obtaining a visa, please visit the U.S. Department of State at U.S. Visas (state.gov).

Cancellations
Requests for attendee cancellation must be received in writing to SRCD no later than Thursday, February 23, 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 23, 2023. All cancellations received by February 23, 2023, will receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Registrations are non-refundable after February 23, 2023. Email membership@srcd.org for any cancellations, refunds, or other requests. Please note the request type in the subject line.

All events will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center – 100 S W Temple Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.
